Independent training at MD Lifts Center is based on full control of the space and training time. Through the booking system, you choose your 90-minute session in advance, with a clearly defined maximum number of people in the space – up to 5 people per session.
This means no waiting for equipment, no improvisation, and no unpredictable crowds. You train in a calm, controlled environment, whether you prefer to train completely alone, in pairs, or with a small number of people you choose (EXCLUSIVE / SHARED / PREMIUM membership).
As a smart gym, MD Lifts Center allows you to control the atmosphere during your training – temperature, lighting, and music – to make your workout as focused and enjoyable as possible.
This model is designed for anyone seeking privacy, consistency, and a clearly structured experience, without the typical dynamics of commercial gyms.

Individual coached training is designed for those who want expert guidance, a clear structure, and full trainer dedication throughout the entire session. Training is conducted one-on-one, with programs tailored to each client’s goals, current fitness level, and capabilities, and begins with (mandatory) consultations and diagnostics.
The consultation serves to go through all key (life) aspects that influence future collaboration through a short assessment – from sports background, diagnoses, and pain conditions to everyday habits.
Through functional diagnostics using a set of exercises and tests, we gain insight into physical fitness, neurophysiological capacity, and overall as well as motor abilities of the client, including muscle and joint mobility.
You can choose to train with Marina, a certified kinesiologist and nutritionist, as well as a prenatal and postnatal specialist, or with David, a certified trainer and former professional athlete, focused on technique, training structure, and long-term sustainability of results.
Individual training sessions take place in a calm, controlled environment, without distractions or crowds, allowing maximum focus, precise form correction, and high-quality work from start to finish.

Mini group training is designed for those who want the motivation and energy of working in a small group (with the quality of a semi-individual approach), but without crowds, noise, or loss of training quality. Training takes place in a group of up to a maximum of 6 people, allowing enough space, personal attention, and continuous supervision of exercise execution.
The training program is structured to adapt to the level and capabilities of the group, with a clearly defined plan and pace. Due to the limited number of participants, the coach can monitor each member, correct technique, and ensure a high-quality and safe workout.
Mini group training sessions take place in a calm, controlled environment, without interference from other gym users, enabling focus, consistency, and a pleasant training experience. This type of training is ideal for those who want to work in a group while still valuing privacy, structure, and a high standard of work.

Prenatal and postpartum training is designed for women who want safe, professional, and tailored exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth. The sessions are conducted with a special focus on maintaining the mother’s health, proper movement, strengthening the body, and gradually restoring functionality after delivery.
The program is individually adapted to the stage of pregnancy or the postpartum period, taking into account health condition, fitness level, and medical recommendations. The focus is on stability, breathing, strengthening the core muscles, and preventing discomfort, with continuous supervision and correction of execution.
